The recruitment process varies from assignment to assignment and is established in co-operation with our clients in order to match the job profile, the given market conditions, the time horizon and a number of other conditions which, altogether, gives every recruitment assignment its special character.

Most often Recruiters combine advertising on the Internet with search (headhunting). Recruiters' main characterstic is our flexible approach. We have individual agreements with every customer enabling us to consider their special wishes and requirements in the process of employing a new person in their staff.

Flexibility in arrangements and processes

When we have proven that the co-operation is succesful, we typically establish a framework agreement with our clients. This means partly that we work in several areas of the company and in larger time spans, and partly that we can offer better conditions and prices than if they were single assignments. We have thus contributed to building up whole departments within Sales & Marketing, IT project management as well as IT operations and system development.

Database and personal analysis

On the basis of several years’ activities within Search and Selection, Recruiters’ own database contains several qualified and already interviewed candidates. This means that we very often can kick-start the search process and in many cases we will be able to present relevant candidates after merely 2-3 weeks after the start of an assignment.

Our database is a fully integrated part of Recruiters’ efficient CRM system where all information on clients, assignments and candidates are gathered. On average, about half of all our vacancies are occupied by candidates already in our database.

To keep the record straight, it should be mentioned that Recruiters, naturally, is registered and approved by the Danish Data Protection Authority and that all candidates have assented to being registered in the database.

As a supplement to the recruitment process, we offer the use of one of the most acknowledged personal profile analysis tools on the market.

We construct our client portfolio so we avoid disadvantageous coincidences between directly competing companies.

Since we started in 1998, we have built up and maintained a portfolio including among others a number of large international IT producers and IT companies specialising in IT systems, a number of consultancy firms, companies in the telecommunications and transportation sector, a couple of large financial companies and a number of smaller gazelle-companies, primarily within internet solutions.
