The recruitment process can vary from assignment to assignment and is established in co-operation with our clients in order to match the job profile, given market conditions, time horizon and a number of other conditions which, combined, make every recruitment assignment unique.
Recruiters primarily combines Internet advertising with searches (headhunting). Our hallmark is our flexiblility, an approach that means we make individual agreements with all our clients, consequently enabling us to consider special requests and requirements in the process of hiring new staff.
Flexibility in arrangements and processes
When we've proven ourselves and the client is satisfied with our work, we typicaly enter into a framework agreement. This means that we can work in several areas of the company and have extended time horizon in addition to offering better conditions and prices than if we were hired to execute asignments individually. This method means that we have, for example, contributed to building up entire departments in a single company within e.g. sales and marketing, IT project management, IT operations and systems development.
Database and personal analysis
With extensive search and selection experience, Recruiters' own database already contains qualified, previously interviewed candidates. We can thus kick-start the search process and are often able to present relevant candidates with a short 2-3 weeks periode when an assignment commences.
Our databas is fully integrated into Recruiters' effecient CRM system, which comprises compehensive information on clients, assignments and candidates. On average, approximately half of all our vacancies are filled by candidates already in our database.
To keep the record straight, we woul like to emphasise that Recruiters is of course registered and approved by the Danish Data protection Agency and that all candidates have given their consent to being registered in our database.
As a supplement to the recruitment process, we offer the use of one of the most recognised personal profile analysis tools on the market.
